Nalo Ventures is led by Nataki Gardner, a business and organizational strategist with more than 30 years of leadership experience across business operations, marketing, public relations, human services, and entrepreneurship.
Through her work with businesses and nonprofit organizations, Nataki has helped strengthen organizational foundations, pursue funding, improve operations, and create clearer paths for sustainable growth.
As the founder of Building Up The Community, a multi-state nonprofit organization, she has developed programs, built strategic partnerships, managed complex operations, and secured significant public and private funding including a $500,000 state grant.

No two organizations require the same level or type of support. Consulting engagements are customized based on your organization’s goals, current structure, priorities, and available resources.
Services begin at $1,500 and are priced according to scope.
Our Selection Process
We work with businesses and nonprofit organizations that are ready for experienced guidance, clearer structure, and intentional growth. Because our work is customized, we begin with a focused process to understand your needs and determine the appropriate next steps.
1. Submit Your Inquiry
Share a brief overview of your business or nonprofit, your current priorities, and the area where you need support.
2. Book Your Consulting Call
If your needs align with our services, you will receive an invitation to book a private 30-minute consulting call for $97.
This is a paid conversation, not a free consultation. The fee allows us to reserve focused time to review your information and discuss your situation thoughtfully.
3. Complete the Questionnaire
After payment, you will receive a questionnaire to complete before the call. Your responses allow us to understand your organization, prepare appropriately, and make the most of our time together.
4. Discuss Your Next Steps
During the call, we will discuss your priorities, current challenges, and the appropriate type of support.
If Nalo Ventures is a good fit, we will discuss the recommended direction for your engagement. If we are not the right fit, you will receive professional recommendations or available resources when appropriate.
5. Receive Your Recommendation
If you would like to move forward, we will send a written proposal outlining the recommended scope of work and pricing.
You will have 72 hours to review the proposal and decide whether you would like to proceed. Consulting services begin at $1,500, depending on the engagement's needs and scope.
